King Lung Chin Ultra Thin Flexible Heaters are available in a
variety of shapes, sizes, voltages and wattages. King Lung Chin
heaters offer excellent performance under critical operating
temperatures from -250℃ to +250℃.
King Lung Chin is your dependable source of precision flexible
heater products, and a unique source of creative application
design, engineering assistance, and manufacturing support.
King Lung Chin heaters are thin, flexible components consisting of
nano-technology heating element. Heat are generated through a nano-technology
polymide film. Heats are able to transfer more efficiently and
evently than foil imprinted heaters. Unlike heaters with etched
foil circuits, King Lung Chin heaters do not produce EMF.
A King Lung Chin heater typically weighs only 0.04 g/cm² and
measures just <0.15 mm thick over the element. For applications
with limited space — defense electronics, aircraft, portable
medical instruments, high density electronic devices — Thermofoil
heaters deliver the heat you need.

高溫超薄電熱片 High Temerpature Heatpad
全世界首創可耐240℃高溫，抗折彎超薄電熱片。
耐高溫軟質電熱片以厚度＜0.10mm之超薄設計、極佳熱傳導效率，具抗溶性、耐240℃高溫的特性，可折彎使用，可重複黏貼，被廣泛用於電子、儀器、半導體、電腦、及機器設備上。

矽膠電熱片(線) Silicon Rubber Heater
軟質矽膠電熱片俱有極佳的結構強度及柔軟性，常用於工業用管路、槽桶之加 熱保溫，充填設備之預熱、超音波洗淨設備之加熱。
電熱片 Polyimide Silicon Rubber Heater
矽膠及Polyimide結合之電熱片，除保有矽膠電熱片結構強度、柔軟性外更兼具Polyimide電熱片之優良熱傳導效率，蝕刻方式生產，更能提高電熱片壽命亦更省電。
電熱片 Polyester Film
Polyester軟質電熱片為透明超薄之電熱元件，具有kapton電熱片之特性，可耐溫至130℃，防水耐濕常用於醫療保健、美容、保溫、美髮電棒、除霧‧烘乾等民生用品上，省電、安全、耐用是最經濟便宜的軟質電熱片。
印刷式電熱片
以印刷電阻材料製成軟質電熱片，被應用於汽車後視鏡除霧上橡膠Rubber電熱元件常用於汽車座墊及電毯上，搭配遠紅外線使用，更能達到保健、除臭之功效。
