Q: Do you provide samples?
We welcome sample orders. The sample price will be evaluated depending on the request item and quantities case by case.
Q: Do you provide the customized products ?
Our technical flexible and processional design ability enables us to offer various customized products. The detailed specification with the full application/project information will be required by us first and we will be glad to make the evaluation of your customized products requirements.
Q: Can you supply OEM or ODM products?
We are professional manufacturer and have abundant experience on OEM and ODM. Welcome to contact us when you have the demand of OEM or ODM. The detailed specification with the full application/project information will be required by us first and we will be glad to make the evaluation of your OEM or ODM requirements.
Q: What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
The Different items have different MOQ. The standard MOQ range is 100~3000PCS. However, for some of items, we are quite flexible and it can be discussed case by case.
Q: What’s the usual payment term?
For orders under US$5,000, we require the payment in full with the order.
For other orders, we require 50% payment with the order and the balance before shipment.
Q: What’s the payment method?
Our standard payment method is Bank Wire Transfer. We could accept the payment via PayPal system when the orders under US$500.We welcome sample orders. The sample price will be evaluated depending on the request item and quantities case by case.
Q: What’s the price/delivery term and the shipping method?
We offer EX-WORK term. Both Air shipments and Sea shipments are available for us.
Q: How will my shipping cost be determined?
The freight charges are based on weight/size of the shipment, the shipping method and the arrival area etc..
We could arrange the shipments according to your shipping instruction. If you don’t have the designated courier or forwarder, we could evaluate the shipping freight and charge it with orders.Q: How quick can I expect to receive samples?
The sample lead time for our standard items are 3 ~ 15 working days depending on our inventory availability and the order quantity.
