Message from Founder

Since its founding in 1982, Taiwan KLC has remained committed to instilling a friendly and respectful production philosophy for all workers. We firmly believe that success is only achievable through skill, patience, and diligence, and only then can we seize opportunities for growth.

In our early years, we focused on the production, design, and development of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic semiconductor heating elements and components, as well as the design and manufacturing of high-difficulty metal parts, securing multiple international patents. Driven by an uncompromising commitment to quality, we go beyond basic testing standards—conducting 300,000 on/off cycles instead of just 10,000 and performing continuous durability tests over two years instead of merely 1,000 hours. Additionally, we subject our products to extreme and destructive testing to ensure safety and reliability. Our dedication to quality and innovation has led to consistent business growth and wide recognition and support from our customers.

While focused on profitability, we embrace a philosophy of giving back to society. We have implemented a robust management system that values integrity, fosters social responsibility, ensures a safe and friendly working environment, and enhances employee welfare. The United Nations adopted the “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” in 2015 and introduced the concept of ESG in 2005, encompassing three dimensions: Environmental Protection (Environment), Social Responsibility (Social), and Corporate Governance (Governance). These serve as benchmarks to evaluate a company’s ability to manage risks and achieve sustainable operations. ESG has become a critical language connecting businesses with the international community and is now recognized as one of the most important indicators of a company’s performance.

Golden Dragon Jun Technology remains true to its founding mission, aspiring to become the world’s largest manufacturer of heating solutions and a provider of application technologies. With sustainable development as its goal, the company adopts the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to drive continuous improvement. By striving for incremental progress daily, it aims to create a symbiotic relationship between human society, economic activities, and the ecological environment.

Extending the UN’s sustainable development principles, the company embraces the green business philosophy of “Ecology, Energy Efficiency, and Shared Growth.” It reflects on its social responsibilities and strives for mutual sustainable development with the environment and community, progressing toward becoming a Green Business.
