Employee Welfare and Development

Taiwan KLC adheres to the philosophy of “People-Oriented” and is committed to providing comprehensive employee welfare policies. We strive to create a safe and friendly working environment while offering solid support for employees’ career development.

Welfare Policies:

  • Offering humane subsidies such as wedding gifts, hospitalization comfort money, and funeral condolences money.
  • Regularly organizing annual trips, year-end banquets, and department gatherings to enhance team cohesion.
  • Incentive mechanisms, including year-end bonuses and performance bonuses, ensure employees grow alongside the company.

Occupational Safety:

  • The company has established and implemented standard operating procedures for safety, regularly conducting disaster prevention drills to strengthen employees’ emergency response abilities.
  • In 2024, we achieved the excellent goal of “0 Occupational Accidents.”

Training Programs:

  • Providing internal and external training opportunities for employees.
  • In 2024, 46 internal training sessions were conducted, and 5 employees attended external training programs.
  • Annual training plans are designed to enhance employees’ professional skills, fostering career development and boosting the company’s competitiveness.
 

Human rights protection and diversity and equality

 

We are committed to creating a diverse, equal and inclusive workplace environment and fully implementing human rights protection and fair employment policies.

Equal Employment Principles:
We do not discriminate against employees based on gender, age, race, religion, or political views. All employees enjoy equal salary and benefits.

Diversity and Inclusion:
By the end of 2024, the proportion of female employees has increased to 45%, demonstrating the company’s commitment to gender equality.

Human Rights Protection:
We fully implement the Employee Code of Conduct to eliminate all forms of harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment, ensuring that every employee can work in an environment of respect and support.

Community Involvement and Social Contribution

We adhere to the philosophy of “What we take from society, we give back to society.” We actively participate in public welfare activities, contribute to social causes, and promote the joint development of the community.

Public Welfare Activities:

  • Plans to sponsor scholarships for underprivileged students, starting in 2025, to support the educational development of local primary and secondary school students.
  • Actively involved in activities to support police officers and firefighters by providing materials and comfort money, backing grassroots public service personnel.

Charitable Participation:
We participate in charitable activities organized by the government, community, and private sectors. Through sponsorship and volunteer services, we support disadvantaged groups.

Future Goals:
Jin Long Jun Technology will continue to strengthen connections with local communities and launch more public welfare initiatives to create a positive impact on society.
