KLC developed a simple to use Digital Temperature Time Control device to be used with our heater product range for lab testing, room heating or end product temperature control. Most suitable to be used with our heating components like  Ultra-thin Flexible Heater, Far Infrared Heaters and low ampere PTC Air Heater and PTC Heat Conductors . KLC’s Digital Temperature Time Controller has the following features:

1 ON/OFF Switch Press once, to turn the device ON. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the device OFF.
When the power is connected but the device is not in operation. The dot on the right-hand corner of the “Time Display” will flash on and off
2 Temperature Control Buttons Press ▲ to increment the temperature by 1℃.
Press ▼ to decrement the temperature by 1℃.
Hold down the ▲ or ▼ button to increase or decrease the temperature continuously. Temperature ranges from -25℃ to 285℃
3 Temperature Display The displayed digits will flash on and off while setting the temperature with control buttons. After 4 seconds without temperature selection, the value will stop flashing and display current temperature detected by the NTC.
If NTC wire is disconnected, the device will stop operating automatically.
4 Time Control Buttons Press ▲to increment the time by 0.5hour or 1 hour.
Press ▼ to decrement the time by 0.5hour or 1 hour.
Hold down the ▲ or ▼ button to increase or decrease the time continuously up to 99.
Time setting ranges from 0.5~24hr or 99 for continuous operation.
5 Time Display Time setting:
0~4.5 hours – Increment or decrement by 0.5 hour when control button is pressed.
5~24 hours – Increment or decrement by 1 hour when control button is pressed.
99 – After 24hours, 99 is displayed, this setting is for continuous operation. Will only stop operating when the device is switched OFF or when the time setting is manually set to 0.
